Plovdiv is the second largest city in Bulgaria. Rich in architecture and history with many parks and gardens and archeological monuments. An amphitheatre holding open air performances are still a major attraction.
Plovdiv has a charm, with original houses, cobbled streets, sophisticated coffee shops, so many places to visit.
A new water park named Aqualand opened in August. The park consists of 6 pools and 10 waterslides with the largest slide having a height of 15 metres.
