The Apartments
The apartments have one living-room, a kitchenette and a dining-room, a toilet and a bathroom, one balcony and one or two bedrooms, varying in size from 55 - 140 m2.All the apartments have a southern or southeastern exposure and a wonderful view to the valley of Smolyan city.
Every apartment is supplied with cable TV, internet and phone connections.
Access is provided by two staircases and an elevator in compliance with all accessible environment standards.
Proper communications allow residents to use the restaurant, the pool and other facilities through "a warm connection" without leaving the building. The complex will have twenty-four-hour security guard and safety system.
Neviasta (Bride) complex is designed as a residential building. It contains apartments for year-round living and a section for catering of the residents and their guests. There are different facilities on the ground floor:

Completion stage
