SERVICE FEES
Airport pickup for Viewing trip Clients - Plovdiv, Karlovo and Kazanluk areas.
(Airport collections can be arranged for other areas of Bulgaria. Please contact our office for more details).
0.75 leva per km and drop off at accommodation of your choice.
This fee is payable on arrival at destination.
Viewing Trip – with client
To view up to 5 properties in a 50 km radius of collection point:
1 day viewing - 60 leva (* Extra properties charged at 10 leva per property)
2 days viewing - 100 leva (* Extra properties charged at 10 leva per property)
3 days viewing - 135 leva (* Extra properties charged at 10 leva per property)
* No more than 2 extra properties per day.
For properties over the 50kms radius – 0.75 leva per extra km
If you purchase a property through our company, the first days viewing fee will be refunded (excluding transportation fees & extra mileage).
This fee is payable at start of viewing trip.
Viewing Service – on behalf of client
To view up to 5 properties in a 50 km radius of collection point:
1 day viewing - 70 leva (* Extra properties charged at 10 leva per property)
2 days viewing - 110 leva (* Extra properties charged at 10 leva per property)
3 days viewing - 145 leva (* Extra properties charged at 10 leva per property)
* No more than 2 extra properties per day.
For properties over the 50kms radius – 0.75 leva per extra km
If you purchase a property through our company, the first days viewing fee will be refunded (excluding transportation fees & extra mileage).
* If properties being viewed are in different regions, over the 50 kms radius, we charge a transportation fee of 0.75 leva per km.
Company Formation:
We charge 1,075 leva (approx. 550 euros) for registration of your Ltd Company, including all legal fees, notarization of documents, bank account set up, translations, etc.
Company formation can take upto 4 weeks to complete.
If you can not be in Bulgaria for the registration, we can act on your behalf.
Additionally you will have to pay the state and registration court fee of approx. 100 euros.
Agency Fees for Purchasing Property:
For the purchase of a property, our company charges 3% of the purchase price, but a minimum of 500 euros.
Agency fee is payable at signing of Preliminary contract.
Usually a property can be reserved for a 10% non refundable deposit and signing of a preliminary contract. We will do detailed checks on title documents, legal ownership of the vendor, debts on title, etc.
We will oversee the final transfer of ownership, payment of balance and transfer of your name onto the deeds.
Please be aware that on top of the purchase price there will be various taxes to pay including a local tax evaluation conducted by the municipality, normally 2% of the purchase price plus lawyer and notary fees.
There are annual local council taxes. These taxes are much lower than the UK and cover refuse collection, lighting, etc.
