The information we require from yourselves:
• Type of property you are interested in
• Amenities you require in the area
• Proximity to nearest town
• Size of garden/land you require
• Number of people visiting
• Accommodation type you require
• Number of days you will be visiting
• Places you would like to visit
• Date and times of your arrival/departure
• If you have already chosen the properties you would like to visit, we would require the reference numbers of each property.
Viewing Service.
If you can not make a trip to Bulgaria to view the properties you have seen with other agents, we offer a service to do this for you.
Contact us with a list of properties and which agents you have seen them advertised with. Alternatively send us the details of the type of property you are looking for, villages that interest you and amenities you require and we will do the search for you.
We will:
• Contact the agents on your behalf and arrange a viewing.
• Take notes on the state of the property, e.g structure, windows, roof, rooms, facilities, garden, etc.
• Take notes on amenities of the village and surrounding area
• Take photographs of all rooms, outside of the property, outbuildings (if any), garden, views, etc.
• Take photographs of the surrounding area
• Compile an unbiased report of our findings, sending this to you with the photos.
