This lovely property is located in a pretty village, just 15 kms from the historic town of Karlovo.

The house is in good condition but has not been lived in for some time and will need some renovation work, refreshment and modernizing. Two of the balcony rails need totally replacing.
There is a large store room to the rear of the property, a gated entrance and a gate access for a car. The property is surrounded by a high wall which offering privacy.
The village is only small but well equipped with shops and cafes, post office, railway station, good bus service and also mineral baths. The road through the village is the main Karlovo to Plovdiv road and has been recently asphalted and all footpaths re made. Nearby is a winery, the spa towns of Hisar and Banya are a short drive away and it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the vibrant city of Plovdiv.
