Many Bulgarian properties are in such ruin that they need to be demolished. To rebuild a property can take less time and cost less than making the major repairs and renovations needed to restore the house.
Basic build package – from 300 euros/m2:

• Septic tank
• Water and electric connections
• Building shell of house
• Finished roof
• Sectioning of rooms
• Plastering of inside walls
• Rendering the outside of the house

• Leveling floors
If necessary, demolish old property
Completion of the property is 2 - 4 months. During this time, we will send weekly reports with photos of how the build is progressing.
No work will be undertaken without the previous agreement of the client.
We can also arrange for the interior of the house to be completed.
