Property Management – OPTIONS – based on properties within the Municipality of Karlovo.
Option 1
• Survey of initial state of property
• Monthly inspection of property and contents:
- ventilation of the property and all rooms
- all rooms checked for damp
- electrical and water checks
- clear stagment water
- check for vermin and pests
- email report with photographs after each check
- clean house
• Payment of electric and water bills each month for 1 year
900 leva per annum, plus payments for electric and water bills.
Welcome package – 30 leva plus cost of shopping
Extras not included in Option 1 price:
• Arranging work on the house
• extra cleaning to clients request
• more inspections than stated
• minor repairs and work
• garden maintenance
• welcome food package
Option 2 – visit property every 2 months
• Survey of initial state of property
• 2 monthly inspection of property and contents:
- ventilation of the property and all rooms
- all rooms checked for damp
- electrical and water checks
- clear stagment water
- check for vermin and pests
- email report with photographs after each check
- clean house
• Payment of electric and water bills each month for 1 year
650 leva per annum, plus payments for electric and water bills.

Option 3 - based on one visit during the year
• Pay electric and water each month for 1 year
• We can check your property prior to your arrival in Bulgaria:
- ventilation of the property and all rooms
- all rooms checked for damp
- electrical and water checks
- clear stagment water
- check for vermin and pests
- check all contents
- email report on state of your property.
- clean house
380 leva per annum, plus payments for electric and water bills plus any extras

Option 4
• Pay electric and water each month for 1 year.
