We provide this service to give you the certainty your property will be taken care of in your absence. As homeowners in Bulgaria ourselves, we understand the importance of a professional trustworthy service.
We offer our services on an annual payment:
• survey of initial state of the property
• inventory check of property and contents
• monthly inspection of property and contents
- ventilation of the property and all rooms
- all rooms checked for damp
- electrical and water checks
- clear stagmented water
- check for vermin and pests
- collect any mail and forward to address of your choice
- email report with photos after each check
- watering of all plants indoors and outdoors
• cleaning of property once a year
• arrange payment of bills
We will do extra inspections to check your property after bad weather. This is included in the annual fee.
