Price List
Airport/Transportation service
If you need collecting from or returning to the airport or need transportation service, we charge 0.85 leva per kilometer.
We will require a minimum of 2 days notice for this service.
Company management – Karlovo region:
Includes keeping property and company papers, also company stamp on your behalf, organizing end of year accounts, paying property and municipality taxes each year * - 300 leva per year.
Please contact us with any other requirements you would like included in this service.
* This fee does not include the accountancy fee, municipality and property tax.
Helping Hands:
During your absence from Bulgaria or on a trip to your property, you may require assistance for purchasing merchandise, assistance in banks, paperwork, translating, etc. These are the fees for our services.
Karlovo:
Using Clients own transport:
Per hour – 15 leva
Half day assistance – 55 leva
Full day assistance – 110 leva
Using Company transport:
Per hour – 30 leva
Half day assistance – 80 leva
Full day assistance – 150 leva
These prices are for within the Karlovo town limits.
* Half day = 4 hours
* Full day = 8 hours
Plovdiv:
Using Clients own transport:
Half day assistance – 80 leva
Full day assistance – 120 leva
Using Company transport:
Half day assistance – 200 leva
Full day assistance – 250 leva

Accountancy:
Each year, your company must file end of year accounts even if your company is inactive. We can arrange this for you on your behalf if you can not make a trip to Bulgaria.
Our fee for arranging this is 35 leva
(This does not include the actual accountancy fee)
Building/Renovation Quotes – Karlovo region :
Collecting quotes for building and renovation work can be quite difficult with language barriers and terminology. We can assist you in collecting quotes on your behalf.
What we require from the client – full and detailed list of all work to be carried out.
What we will do for you:
CCKB Ltd can provide a quote for the work you require.
We will also meet with one other building/renovation company*, discuss your requirements whilst on site at your property, receive quote from builders, translate and forward to you, the client.
Our company charges start from 35 leva per quote we collect on your behalf.
* We can acquire quotes from builders in the Karlovo region and/or from a building company of your choice.
Project Management – Karlovo Region:
We provide this service to offer client’s piece of mind that the work carried out on their property is being executed to a high standard, that work is kept to the schedule created by ourselves and you, our client, to assist with any problems which may occur, to ensure all materials are delivered and used in the correct way and to send weekly reports accompanied by photographs of the progress of the work.
Each project is priced on an individual basis, due to the wide variety of work required. If you would like to forward the work you wish to have managed, please contact our office for more details.
Project Management – from 200 leva per week plus traveling costs.
