This is the best way to buy property in Bulgaria. See what the villages offer, the views, the amenities of the local town and to view the properties in person.
The trip includes:
• Airport pickup from Sofia
• Take you to your accommodation (as arranged prior to your visit)
• Viewing of properties selected
• Day trips (as arranged prior to your visit)
• Airport drop off at the end of your visit
The information we require from yourselves:
• Type of property you are interested in
• Amenities you require in the area
• Proximity to nearest town
• Size of garden/land you require
• Number of people visiting
• Accommodation type you require
• Number of days you will be visiting
• Places you would like to visit
• Date and times of your arrival/departure
• If you have already chosen the properties you would like to visit, we would require the reference numbers of each property.
Viewing Trip
To view up to 5 properties in a 40 km radius of collection point:
1 day viewing - 80 leva (* Extra properties charged at 20 leva per property)
2 days viewing - 140 leva (* Extra properties charged at 20 leva per property)
3 days viewing - 210 leva (* Extra properties charged at 20 leva per property)
* No more than 2 extra properties per day.
For properties over the 40kms radius – 0.85 leva per extra km
This fee is payable at start of viewing trip.
If you purchase a property through our company, the viewing fee will be refunded (excluding transportation fees & extra mileage).
* If properties being viewed are in different regions, over the 50 kms radius, we charge a transportation fee of 0.85 leva per km.
